TECS Engineering designs and manufactures industrial radiators in Menemen, İzmir, Turkey. The radiators cool diesel and gas engines in generator sets, power plants and CHP plants, and the IT load and backup power of data centers. TECS is a Karcıoğlu Group company and builds its units with Eurovent-certified coils.
Every radiator is made for its project. There is no catalogue unit that is chosen and shipped: the duty, the coolant, the site ambient, the sound limit and the space decide the design, and the drawing the customer receives is the unit that was calculated.
Made To Order, From One Metre To Thirteen
TECS radiators are built from about one metre up to thirteen metres in length, with the number and size of the fans following the duty. Horizontal, vertical, V-type and mechanical driven radiators, single circuit or LT/HT, cover generator sets from standby units to large stations.
Alongside the radiators TECS supplies gas turbine inlet air heating and cooling coils, oil and fuel coolers, plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, expansion tanks and heating modules.
Design, Production And Test In One Place
Coils, headers, casings and frames are produced under one roof. Each unit is sized with TECS's own thermal design software, which also produces the datasheet and the general arrangement drawing. Every circuit is pressure tested before dispatch, and fans and electrics are function tested.
TECS radiators run in data centers, HFO power plants and engine plants of well-known engine manufacturers, and are delivered worldwide, from European data centers to customers in Japan.
